The band commented on the situation after the show.

During a Machine Head in San Diego last Wednesday, the 21st, a man and a woman were ejected from the venue for a very unusual reason.

The couple was having sex in the front row, in front of the barrier, to the sound of "Davidian," and when they were seen, they were forced to leave the concert venue.

After the performance, the band praised the audience and commented on the situation on their social media: “HOLY… SHIT! When a guy and a girl get kicked out for having sex during “Davidian” (at the barrier, no less?!), you know it’s going to be complete insanity! (…) Wow, what a welcome you gave us, we’re impressed!”

Machine Head is currently touring the United States with their farewell tour featuring the current lineup, as two members, Phil Demmel (guitar) and Dave McClain (drums), will be leaving the band.
